This specially tailored fertilizer is designed to be the first product added to your Midwest lawn care each year. It’s a fertilizer with 10% Nitrogen and a .15% load of Dimension Crabgrass Pre-Emergent. 
 
This is the same product we use in steps 1 and 2 of our Gold and Platinum Lawn Care Service plan. 
 
In simple terms, this product fertilizes your lawn with nutrients and prevents crabgrass. 
 
This comes in a 50lb bag and covers 10,000 sqft. of turf. 
 
Although application timing is heavily dictated by weather, this product is typically applied around March 15th. Then, a second application is applied approximately five or six weeks later.
 
Using this application rate distributes a half a pound of Nitrogen per 1000 sqft.
